Join our Southern Counties fostering family

We’re an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ independent fostering agency based in Albourne, West Sussex who are working hard to provide children in care with stable, nurturing foster families, so they grow into healthy, happy and confident young adults. We support foster families and children across the South of England, including Sussex, Kent and Medway, Hampshire, Surrey and South Berkshire.

We develop fantastic relationships with all our foster families through regular supervision, training, foster parent support groups and family events. The strong connections we form allow us to provide personalised training and support packages that are tailored to the needs of our families and children.

We also deliver our support services - including support groups and training - in a variety of locations across the region and our social workers are patch-based, so there’s always someone available to you, along with a duty manager and our out of hours service.

As well as the extraordinary work we do with the children in our care, we're also proud to support amazing charities and local community initiatives. In the past, we've raised money for the Air Ambulance, a local hospice and CenterPoint for vulnerable children and adults and supported local food banks.

We’re looking for more passionate foster carers to join our team, so together, we can build brighter futures for even more children in care.

Helping you grow professionally

We’re committed to your personal development and offer a wide range of training courses, including mandatory topics, such as Safeguarding and Child Protection and Secure Base, as well as more advanced and specialist courses, such as Autism, Theraplay, Child Sexual Exploitation and more.

You don’t necessarily need experience to become a foster parent as our training programme will give you the skills and knowledge you need to make an extraordinary difference. You will, however, need to have the right qualities - resilience, passion and endless warmth and kindness.
