Ofsted Rates Orange Grove Fostercare Shropshire as Outstanding.
Orange Grove Fostercare, Shropshire branch, has been rated as Outstanding in a recent Ofsted inspection, an accolade which has delighted both the agency and their dedicated foster carers who are based all around Shropshire and Dudley.
Orange Grove Fostercare manages placements of children with compatible foster carers across the UK. Shropshire team manager, Craig Walton comments, “The team is absolutely delighted as it is testament to their hard work but the biggest honour needs to go to our foster carers, especially those based in Telford, Wrekin, Shrewbury and Dudley. These people have really stepped up to the fostering challenge with many realising they can make a huge difference to a child’s life. For me, our Ofsted statement “Children and Young People are making outstanding personal progress in all aspects in their development and especially with regard to their heath and education”, speaks volumes of the dedication the Orange Grove foster carers give.”
The report also points out that, “Children and Young People receive an outstanding level of individualised care that meets their social, economical, psychological and physical needs.”
Craig continues, “Shropshire team is very proud today and it has made us even more determined to recruit more foster carers to help support some of the 8000 shortage of placements in the UK.
“If you are interested in a challenging and rewarding career in fostering, please don’t hesitate to contact us.”
