Orange Grove Warrington, which supports foster families across the North West, has been rated Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted following its latest inspection.
Inspectors found that children are happy, settled and thriving, and highlighted the warm, trusted relationships they build with their foster parents.
Many children have made meaningful progress, with professionals praising the support they receive and describing the care as “impressive.” The report also recognised how thoughtfully Orange Grove matches children with foster families, helping them experience stability and a strong sense of belonging. One young person shared how much their foster parent means to them, saying they have “changed my life for the better.”
Heather Sheridan, Registered Manager at Orange Grove Warrington, said:
“Achieving Outstanding again is something we are incredibly proud of. Every member of the team—our social workers, therapists, family support workers and our foster parents—plays a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel understood and valued.
“We focus on each child as an individual and make sure they have opportunities to grow, learn and discover their strengths. The need for foster parents across the North West remains high, and we welcome anyone who feels they could make a positive difference.”
At the time of the inspection, Orange Grove Warrington supported 34 fostering households, caring for 42 children across the region.
