Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: 23.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 09:00-13:00, Wednesdays 09:00-17:00 and Fridays 09:00-12:30

We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Administrator to provide an administrative support service to our fostering social work team.
The role will involve maintaining databases and electronic filing systems, managing fostering paperwork and forms as well as general ad hoc administration. The postholder will also be expected to provide a meet and greet service, set up meetings, and take minutes.
Good front of house skills and a warm, confident personality with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
The successful candidate must have GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent) at Grade C or above and sound IT knowledge (which will be tested at interview) including competency with the Microsoft suite. Previous office administration experience is a pre-requisite for this post.

Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
Location: Flexible, ideally in or around the Midlands but must be willing to travel to all Orange Grove Regional Offices frequently
Basic Salary: £38,000-43,000

Orange Grove is a National Independent Fostering Organisation with six registrations operating across the country. Orange Grove is and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement.

The Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Manager will be responsible for Quality Assurance and Safeguarding and will be accountable for work undertaken which will be in accordance with the relevant legislative and regulatory framework and Orange Groves Policy and Procedures

This role will include coordinating and leading on tasks relative to QA and Safeguarding work.

As the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Manager, the post holder will act as Panel Advisor on the PiCS joint fostering panels and be involved in pre-inspection planning and panel business.

Fundamentally, the post holder will be required to undertake tasks on all activities within the context of Quality Assurance which lead to each registration achieving ‘outstanding’ practices across Orange Grove and ensuring that children are safeguarded.

Base Location: Bromsgrove, with equal responsibility for Milton Keynes
Basic Salary: £42,000-50,000

We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager to continue to expand and develop our Registrations in Milton Keynes and Bromsgrove. You should be a qualified social worker, who has a broad depth of experience of working with Looked After children and Foster Carers. You are required to have a Management qualification and/or tangible Management experience. You should also have a good understanding of appropriate and relevant legislation and regulations.

You will need to have strong team leadership skills to create a ‘can do’ environment of high achievement with a focus on problem solving and creative solutions. You will have the ability to make timely and effective decisions and lead by example, understanding when to consult with or defer to others. You will be able to build and facilitate relationships, both internally and external to the organisation. You will be prepared to work flexible hours as required to carry out the role of Registered Manager successfully.

Location: The appointee can choose to be based at Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Warrington, Cheshire or Doncaster, South Yorkshire, however they must be willing to travel to all three sites as per frequent Panel requirements.

We are currently looking to recruit a Part-Time Panel Administrator.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the efficient and effective running of the Orange Grove fostering panel process.

It is essential the successful candidate is highly organised and has good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of people.

They must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum of Grade C passes in both English and Mathematics, have proven administrative experience, strong IT/Word Processing skills (which will be tested at interview) and an ability to take minutes fluently.

Access to a car, a full clean driving licence, and confidence driving to attend required Panels across different counties is essential.
