Dedicated support from your local team
This includes your very own supervising social worker, a family support worker and a team manager. You’ll also have access to a network of educational experts and therapists.
Opportunities to meet other foster parents
We recognise that fostering can be challenging at times, and having a close-knit circle of friends with first-hand experience can be vitally important.
That’s why we provide you with lots of opportunities to meet other foster parents through our training sessions, support groups, events, and more.
Extra support if you're new to fostering
Starting out in fostering can be incredibly daunting, and we never want you to feel alone.
When you join our Staffordshire fostering agency, you’ll also be ‘buddied up’ with one of our more experienced foster parents, who will help you settle into your new role.
We'd love to hear from you
While our foster parents are already making a huge difference to young people in care, there are still so many more children who urgently need a safe, loving home.
If you’re interested in becoming a foster parent, then we’d love to hear from you. With you, we could help more children heal from their past experiences and look forward to a brighter future.
